Your ownership
You keep ownership of the original content you submit and the original creative elements you add to a remix. Rights in source material remain with its owner.
Permission for Remix Grove
By submitting content, you give Remix Grove a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, reproduce, resize, transcode, display, and promote it only as needed to operate Remix Grove, present challenge entries and lineage, and market the community.
Permission for other creators
When you mark content Open to remix or enter it in a remix-enabled challenge, you allow other participants to copy and adapt it only to:
- Create a Remix Grove submission.
- Display that remix on Remix Grove.
- Share and promote that remix on social channels with clear attribution.
They must credit and link to you and the immediate parent work.
What this permission does not include
Without separate written permission, nobody may sell your work, place it on merchandise, use it in advertising, train an AI model with it, mint or tokenize it, or otherwise exploit it commercially.
Your responsibility
You confirm that you created the submitted content or hold every permission needed to submit it and authorize these uses. Your submission must not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Changing your permission
You may withdraw permission for new remixes by asking Remix Grove to remove the Open to remix status. Existing compliant remixes and challenge records may remain visible to preserve attribution and lineage unless removal is legally required.
Disputes and removal
Remix Grove may pause or remove disputed content while reviewing a rights complaint. Email hello@remixgrove.com with the URLs, ownership details, and requested action.
No financial promise
Participation does not transfer ownership, guarantee payment, or create any right to a future token, airdrop, or reward.
